The ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) is an organization that assigns video game titles ratings pertaining to their appropriate age groups. ESRB ratings consist of two parts.
The Rating Symbol can be found on the front of the game's packaging as well as on the game's description page on our site. This symbol indicates the recommended age group for the game based on its content.
Content Descriptors can be found on the back of a game's packaging. These terms denote content in games that may be of concern to parents, such as strong violence or suggestive situations. ESRB video game ratings function similarly to MPAA movie ratings. It's important to note that ESRB ratings only designate the suggested lowest age a gamer should be when playing the game. Ultimately, it is at the discretion of the parent to determine a game's suitability for their child.
To purchase age-restricted products, such as titles with ESRB ratings of "Mature (M)" or "Adult Only (AO)", you must be 18 years old or older.
Does eStarland match prices?
Unfortunately, eStarland does not offer price matching.

A preordered item is an item that has not yet been released by its manufacturer. Preordering an item is the best way to ensure you receive a copy of the item upon release. eStarland strives to ship out all preorders on or before the date of their release. You will not be charged for preordered items until their release date. All product prices are subject to change without notice.
Release dates are subject to change. eStarland will keep you informed of any changes.
If your order contains a preorder that will not be available within TWO WEEKS of the other items in your order, the order will be split into separate shipments. Please note that split orders will incur a separate shipping fee.
For international preorders placed with a credit card and a release date more than 30 days away, the initial credit card payment will be voided, and a PayPal invoice will be sent closer to the release date.
A backordered item is an item that is currently out of stock for any reason. We will send backordered items as soon as they are available.
If your order contains a backordered item and you do not wish to wait for the item to ship, please contact us to cancel the order. If you do not cancel the item, the order will remain active and we will ship out the backordered item as normal.
Some especially unique or rare items may not be listed on our website. If you cannot find a specific item on our website, please contact us and we will happily let you know if we have that item in stock.
