Shipping Info

Estimated Processing Time

Estimated Processing Time refers to the time eStarland takes to retrieve, pack, and ship your order. Most in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Note that certain imported games and special-order items may require additional processing time, as indicated in the "Usually ships within…" section of the product page.

Shipping couriers do not operate on weekends, and as such, orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following business day.

If your billing and shipping addresses differ, we must verify the shipping address before shipping. Orders will not be shipped until verification has been completed.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Time is the number of business days (Monday through Friday) it takes for your order to reach you, excluding the Estimated Processing Time. If the estimated delivery date falls on a weekend, your order will arrive on the next business day.

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time

Several factors, such as the items ordered, payment method, and shipping options, may affect the Estimated Total Delivery Time. While we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible, the Estimated Total Delivery Time is not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

What Shipping options does eStarland offer?

eStarland offers five convenient shipping methods. The following serves as a guideline for the shipping times but they cannot be guaranteed.

• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

• Priority Delivery: 2-3 business days

• Regular Delivery w/Tracking: 2-7 business days (Tracking available for most orders)

• Regular Delivery: 2-7 business days (Tracking may be unavailable)

• Customer Pickup: Available at our Chantilly, VA showroom

Heavy or bulky items may only be available for shipping via Regular Delivery or Regular Delivery w/Tracking. Additional restrictions may apply.

Express Delivery orders typically arrive the following business day if placed by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Depending on the destination and items ordered, delivery may take up to 2 business days. Express Delivery orders generally ship on the same business day if ordered before the cutoff time.

What are eStarland's Domestic Shipping rates?

Each item has its own shipping rate. To view the exact shipping cost of an item, add the item to your cart and select the shipping option you prefer.

Separate Shipments

In some circumstances, orders may be sent in separate shipments based on the availability of items ordered. Your order will be processed and shipped based on item availability. By default, all items available at the time of purchase will be shipped at the time of order. For more information regarding pre-orders, please click here.

Split Shipping

If your order contains items unavailable at the time of shipment, split shipping fees may apply. In-stock items will ship immediately, with separate shipments for pre-order or backordered items that become available later. Pre-order items unavailable within two weeks of the order date will incur a separate shipping fee, while backordered items will be sent at no additional shipping cost as soon as they are available.

No items were unavailable, but my order arrived split.

To expedite processing and delivery, we ship orders from multiple US distribution centers. As a result, even if your order is not subject to split shipping, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges in this case.

One of the items I bought was placed on backorder. How will that work?

If your order contains a backordered item, we will ship all available items first. The backordered item will be sent at no additional shipping cost as soon as it's available. If you prefer not to wait, please contact us promptly to cancel the backordered item.

Order / Package Tracking

Most packages, especially those sent via Economy Shipping, are shipped through USPS, which does not always provide tracking information.

All Express Delivery orders include a tracking number from either USPS or UPS.

To monitor your order's processing status or access tracking details, log in to your account through the My Account section of eStarland.com. Furthermore, you can check the shipping confirmation email when your order ships. The "Tracking" section of the email will list the tracking number and carrier. If "Tracking: N/A" is shown, the carrier is unable to provide tracking information for your package.

Guest Checkout

To monitor the status of an order placed through Guest checkout, simply navigate to your email inbox and look for the shipping confirmation email that corresponds with your order. From there, locate the "Tracking" section, which will contain your order's tracking number.

Why doesn’t eStarland provide tracking for all orders?

In rare cases, a tracking number may not be available for the selected shipping service or provided by the carrier.

PO Box Addresses

eStarland may request a street address or additional details to ensure secure delivery of your order. If you cannot receive packages at a street address, please contact us after placing your order to arrange shipping to a P.O. box.
