The Estimated Processing Time is the period that it takes eStarland to retrieve the items you ordered, pack and ship them to you. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of our receiving the order provided that the items you ordered are in stock.
Please note that selected import games and special order items will not be able to ship out within 24 hours of the order date. These items will have the specific processing time in the “Usually ships within …” section of the product page.
Shipping couriers do not operate on weekends, so orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday - Friday).
If your billing and shipping addresses are different, it will be necessary to verify your shipping address. Orders will not be shipped out until the shipping address is verified.
Estimated Shipping Time is total number of business days (Monday - Friday) it takes you to receive your order, not including above Estimated Processing Time. If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, you will not be received your order until the next business day.
Estimated Total Delivery Time = Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time
A variety of factors may contribute to Estimated Total Delivery Time including items ordered, method of payment, shipping options and etcetera. We strive to process and deliver your order in the most efficient way but the Estimated Total Delivery Time cannot be guaranteed.
eStarland offers five convenient shipping methods. The following serves as a guideline for the shipping times but they cannot be guaranteed.
• Express Delivery (1-2 business days)
• Priority Delivery (2-3 business days), Average delivery time: 2.6 days
• Regular Delivery with Tracking (2-7 days)
• Regular Delivery (2-7 business days): Package tracking information available on most orders
• Customer Pickup from Chantilly, VA showroom
Some items such as heavy or bulky items can only be shipped by Regular or Regular Delivery w/ tracking. Some restrictions may apply.
In most cases, Express Delivery orders will be delivered next business day (Monday - Friday). Depending on area it is being shipped to and the items ordered, Express Delivery may take up to 2 business days to arrive. Express orders usually ship the the same business day if placed by 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
Each item has it's own shipping rate. To find the exact shipping cost of an item, add the item to your shopping cart and choose the shipping option you would like to find the cost of.
During the checkout process, you can select how you would like your order to be processed and shipped according to availability. There are 2 options to choose from:
If you select this option, your order will be sent as soon as all items are available. This option is the least expensive, but may take more time.
If your order contains a pre-order that will not be available within two weeks of the order date, the shipment will be split automatically and a separate shipping fee will be charged.
If you select this option, items that are in stock will be sent out first. This means that you will get your order faster, but will be charged for each individual shipment. It is recommended that you select this option if you are making a pre-order that will released more than two weeks after the order date.
To speed up the processing and delivery time, we ship orders from multiple distribution centers in the US, because of this you may receive more than one package even if you chose the “Please send all items together” option. You will not be charged extra for shipping in this situation.
If your order contains a back ordered item, all available items will be sent first. The backordered item will be sent as soon as it becomes available at no extra shipping cost. If you do not wish to wait for the item to become available, please Contact Us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
Most packages, particularly orders placed with Economy Shipping, are shipped out by USPS, which does not provide a tracking service.
All Express Delivery will have either USPS or UPS tracking numbers.
You can login to your account to monitor order processing and access package tracking information.
You also can check the shipping confirmation email that is sent to you when your order ships, the tracking number and carrier will be listed in the “Tracking” section of the email. If the email states “Tracking: N/A” no tracking number is provided by its carrier for your package.
In rare situation, the tracking number is not available for the service selected or provided by carrier.
eStarland may request a street address or additional information to ensure safe delivery of your order. If you are unable to receive packages to your street address, please Contact Us after you place the order so we may make special arrangements to ship to a PO Box.
