eStarland welcomes you as a valued customer, if you have an account with us or if you’re a non-registered user.
For those who choose not to have an account with us, you’re still a valued customer to us, and we will process your orders as soon as possible. There are benefits in making an account with eStarland, you can see them below.
When you register at eStarland.com, you have access to a variety of features. You can set up permanent billing and shipping addresses to make ordering quick and easy. You can sell back items and build-up credit, which you can apply to a current order or save for later use. You will be able to set-up a list of items that you wish to monitor for availability. You can also view a record of your past orders to track your purchases.

To create an account, click on the “Login” icon at the top of the page. and choose either "Registration for US customers" or "International customers". You will also have a chance to complete your registration during the checkout. You will be prompted to enter your information, including your name, e-mail address, billing address, and phone number. Once you filled in the entire form, click the “Register” icon, and you will be registered and logged into the system.
We sometimes have problems sending emails to certain ISPs such as AOL and Comcast. To insure you get emails from eStarland, please add to Contacts / Address book of your email program.
To view your account details, login into your account. At your account’s main page you will see a listing of your account activity, including current account balance, current and past orders, and trade-in information.
All eStarland accounts are password protected. Please select a password that cannot be easily guessed in order to protect your account’s security. Password requires minimum 8 characters, contains at least 2 numbers, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
Part of your account is your billing address. This is the address that will be kept in our records and should be the exact address that is associated with your credit card or check card issued by your financial institution. Please be sure to include the Phone Number associated with your billing address on your account. If you’re no longer living at the billing address and have yet to update your address with your financial institution, you can provide your current phone number on your account.
Having the exact address that is associated with your credit card or check card on your account will save time in processing your order. As long as the billing address matches the one associated with the card and the phone number on your account is the one associated with your billing address, we will be able to process and ship your order without delay and we will be able to ship your product to a different shipping address if provided.
When checking out, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address. This is the address that the order will be sent to. You have the option of selecting your billing address as the shipping address. We will be able to ship out orders to a separate shipping address if the address and phone number provided on your eStarland account, matches the information associated with the card.
Please note that eStarland can only ship to street addresses in the United States or in the countries listed on the International shipping page . Also, any orders shipped to Virginia will be charged a state sales tax.
If you forgot your account password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the “Login” page. You will be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with your account. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
