eStarland warmly welcomes all customers, whether you have an account or ship as a non-registered user. If you choose not to create an account, we will still prioritize your user experience and process your orders promptly. Creating an eStarland account offers additional benefits, listed below.

Why Register?

When you register at eStarland, you gain access to a range of convenient features designed to enhance your shopping experience:

• Quick Checkout: Save permanent billing and shipping addresses for a fast, hassle-free ordering process.

• Trade-In Program: Sell back items to earn credit, which can be applied to current orders or saved for future purchases.

• Product Monitoring: Create a "Notify Me" list to track the availability of desired items.

• Order History: View a detailed record of past orders to easily track your purchases.

• Order Tracking: Monitor the status of your orders in real time.

Creating an Account

To create an account, click the "Login" button at the top of the page and select either "Registration for US customers" or "International customers". You can also register during checkout. Enter your name, email, billing address, and phone number, then click "Register" to complete registration and log in.

To ensure you receive emails from eStarland, add support@estarland.com to your email program's Contacts or Address Book, as some internet service providers like AOL and Comcast may filter our emails.

Review Account Details

To view your account details, log in to your account. On the main account page, you'll see your account activity, including your current credit balance, pending and past orders, and trade-in details.

Account Password

All eStarland accounts are password-protected. Choose a secure, hard-to-guess password to protect your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 2 numbers, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.

Shipping and Billing Address

Your account includes your billing address, which must match the address associated with your credit or debit card as recorded by your financial institution. Provide the phone number linked to your billing address. If you've moved and haven't yet updated your address with your financial institution, use your current phone number.

Ensuring your billing address and phone number match your card's records speeds up order processing. If they match, we can process and ship your order promptly, including to a different shipping address if specified.

During checkout, enter a shipping address where your order will be sent. You may use your billing address as the shipping address or choose a different one, provided that your account's billing address and phone number match the information on your card.

eStarland will only ship to street addresses in the United States or countries listed on the International Orders page. Orders shipped to Virginia incur state sales tax.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your account password, click the Forgot Password? link on the Login page. Enter the email address tied to your account, and we'll send a password reset link to that email.
