eStarland.com Trade-In Quality Standards

To ensure smooth processing of your trade-in order, please ensure your items meet the following conditions. Items not meeting these standards may be rejected in whole or in part. We encourage you to inspect your items carefully before trading them in.

Products sold to eStarland must be in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. eStarland.com reserves the right to assess and determine the acceptability of all trade-in items.

We cannot accept items with the following conditions:

• Discs with significant scratches.
• Labels, stickers, or writing that cannot be removed.
• Game labels that are damaged or missing.
• Items that are dirty, stained, scratched, cracked, etched, or chipped.
• Manuals and books with missing pages or damage to the binding.
• Water/smoke-damaged items.
• Bootleg games.
• Trade-in order with over 50% of loose game CDs.
• Any items with hygiene issues.

If your trade-in does not meet our quality standards, the trade-in value may be adjusted or voided. Rejected items will be discarded unless you provide specific return instructions at the time of order placement. Return shipping is available upon request and at your expense.
