Spawn: In the Demon's Hand for Sega Dreamcast is a port of the arcade title developed by Capcom. Arcade and Tournament modes are offered, the latter offering Team Battle and Battle Royal modes for a single player versus the CPU only. The Arcade mode, consisting of Boss Attack, Team Battle and Battle Royal modes allows up to four players to compete against one another within a collection of enclosed arenas. Unlike the other two modes, Boss Attack takes either one or two players through a series of boss battles, the primary objective being to eradicate the boss character inhabiting the level before time runs out. Standing in your way however is a cabal of armed minions and henchmen. A motley collection of 36 characters from the comic book are included in the title, only a smattering of which are initially selectable. Fans of the license will be pleased to see the likes of Cogliostro, Jessica Priest, Al Simmons, Sam, Redeemer, Brimstone, Tremor, Clown and of course, Spawn himself included in the title, among a host of others. Additional characters, artwork and items can be unlocked by completing the title and satisfying other in-game conditions. For 1-4 Players.
