Released in 1983, the Sears Video Arcade II was actually a rebrand of the Atari 2800, which was what the 2600 was known as in Japan. Due to the 2800 coming out around after Nintendo's Famicom, the console was not as big of a hit in Japan as the 2600 was in the US. The biggest differences are that the Sears Video Arcade II has four controller ports intead of two, and that its controllers combined properties of the 2600's joystick and paddle controllers.
