We would like to take this opportunity to thank and show our gratitude to all our loyal Brazilian customers. You are one of our greatest international customer and we have a few tips to make the ordering process simpler especially for first time customers.
By following the steps below you will reduce the chances of any delay in processing and you will receive your items quicker.
When placing an order, try not to exceed the order total of $120 (not including shipping). Order in the amounts of 2 to 4 regular size games. Any bulky items, including controllers and special packaged games, may cost you additional shipping.
Any orders over $120 (Not including shipping) it may be broken down into multiple orders and additional shipping costs will be added.
Buy at least 2 to 4 games and choose the “Brazil – Priority” shipping class to receive your items quicker and safer.
Note on International Preorders:
International preorders will be billed to the credit card on the order within 30 days from the date you place a preorder regardless of actual product release date to comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security standards.

If you’d like to send a payment through Western Union click on the “Western Union” payment method at checkout. In the “My Message to eStarland” section please leave a note stating you will be sending a Western Union payment. Once you receive an order number send your payment through an authorized Western Union station to:
When the payment is sent please email payment[a]eStarland.com with the 10-digit receipt number you received from Western Union. Western Union payment must be sent within 3 days from the order date.
In the “My Message to eStarland” section at checkout please specify how much you’d like to insure your order for. The amount the package is insured for equals the amount that is declared on the package for both customs and eStarland’s liability. If no insurance amount is specified, the insured value will be determined by eStarland.
International orders are sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS), all methods include basic tracking numbers which may be tracked here. USPS is the chosen method for international orders for economical reasons compared to the similar services offered by UPS, FedEx or DHL.

To claim a lost package we ask you to wait at least 45 days from the ship date before contacting us. In the case of a package lost in transit, we will credit your account for the insured amount of the package you requested when placing the order.
