Puyo Puyo Fever is an updated version of the classic puzzle game, Puyo Puyo, with an all-new "fever" mode. The new "Fever Mode" makes the action even more intense by turning up the notch, speed and gameplay wise. Also known in the west as Puyo Pop, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and Kirby's Avalanche, Puyo Puyo Fever still follows the bubble-popping format(align 4 or more "puyos" to make them disappear). The games visuals has a more hand-drawn look with an expanded roster of characters.
