This game requires the additional 256KB of RAM supported by the PC Engine Duo and a special System Card (included), therefore it is only compatible with the PC Engine Duo.
It is also compatible with a US TurboDuo if a HuCard Converter is used for the System Card.
In the early 1990s a company called Games Express released a few unlicensed games for the PC Engine Duo in Japan. These games came packaged with a special System Card to circumvent the systems lock-out chip and allow the unlicensed game to play. Since the games require the additional 256KB of RAM included in the PC Engine Duo and the special System Card they are incompatible with any PC Engine system other than the Duo.
As for the content of the games, they were all adult in nature. You play a variety of popular Japanese games against pretty girls who take their clothes off if they lose. In this particular game you play Mahjong, and have 3 girls to choose from as opponents.
