A bizarre iron coffin has been discovered in the ocean, and an evil power is about to be unleashed. Jotaru Kujo discovers that his mother's sickness is related to something known as a Stand, and he could be affected by it as well. All this is caused by the evil released from the iron coffin, a man named Dio. In order to defeat Dio, Jotaru and his friends travel to Egypt. But along the way they must fend off Dio's minions.
