Deception IV: Blood Ties is essentially a continuation of the game Trapt, which was released under the title Kagero II: Dark Illusion in Asia. Deception IV: Blood Ties uses a single player strategy game play. The goal of this game is to essentially set a series of different traps for enemies. Some of the unique traps include human cannonballs, electricity, rolling rocks and walls with spikes. Players must be careful because they can fall victim to their own traps. Deception IV: Blood Ties has a high fantasy theme that incorporates elements of Japanese Manga. The main character in this game is a female villainess known as Laegrinna. She takes on the role of a devil's servant as she navigates a fantasy world full of traps and other ambushes. The graphics in Deception IV: Blood Ties combine urban and mythical elements.
