This refurbished product is the Wii U GamePad only. The Nintendo Wii U 32GB System is sold separately.
The Nintendo Wii U GamePad functioned in two ways: you could play a game directly on its screen, or it acted as a second screen that displayed supplmental information/status while playing a game on a TV. Although the result was slightly more convoluted on a bigger console compared to the simpler layout of the DS/3DS dual-screens, several elements from this would be improved upon with the Nintendo Switch.
