CG Illust Version 2 by Deleter is an extremely powerful yet easy to learn program for Windows that allows you to create your own professional quality illustrations. Every tool you need is included on this CD: customizable brushes, watercolors, air brushes, pens, special effects, masking tools, a layer manager, text tools, intuitive zoom and navigation management, and a nearly unlimited palette of colors. The CD also includes 50 pieces of original art produced with the very same program. These will be especially valuable to aspiring artists as they can be viewed with an "event play" function that shows how each image was created, step by step.
