Kuroko Shirai, a 4th-level psychic with teleportation powers, is a member of the special public committee on Academy City peace and order, Judgment. She runs forward across rocky terrain (on a special diorama base that can be displayed with Kaori Kanzaki) holding a fistful of flechettes and a bookbag as she looks back over her shoulder.

The adorable schoolgirl is dressed in her uniform, complete with pigtails and a short skirt that barely conceals the thigh-holsters containing her dart supply. Kuroko-chan stands almost 8" tall, in 1/8th scale with the other To Aru Majutsu No Index Ani*Statue girls. The PVC plastic beauty is sculpted by Shoukaku Kitaike and comes packaged in a window box.
