Bome is a famous japnese sculptor who, for many years, created popular garage kits, then moved to work with Kaiyodo. bome is regarded as a "fine artist" by his many fans, and even hosted a 2001 exhibit of his works in Paris, France! The floating Halloween-Chan (Halloween Girl) measures approximately 6.5" tall( with no articulation) and is the fourth figure in the "Monsieur Bome Collection"
