50 years ago, young Shiba destroyed what he believed to be the last of the evil Shadow Stones. But the ensuing explosion only managed to scatter the remaining stones, leaving them hidden throughout the world.
In present day, Haru Glory arrives in Hip Hop City in search of the legendary Rave Stones, the only force known to be able to battle the Shadow Stones. There, he meets the equally feisty Elie, who takes a liking to Haru's traveling companion, Plue, a diminutive, yet lovable creature.
