During the checkout process, you can select how you would like your order to be processed and shipped according to availability. There are 2 options to choose from:
Please send all items together (Default option):
If you select this option, your order will be sent as soon as all items are available. This option is the least expensive, but may take more time.
If your order contains a pre-order that will not be available within two weeks of the order date, the shipment will be split automatically and a separate shipping fee will be charged.
Please send available items first (Split Shipping):
If you select this option, items that are in stock will be sent out first. This means that you will get your order faster, but will be charged for each individual shipment. It is recommended that you select this option if you are making a pre-order that will released more than two weeks after the order date.
I selected one package and my order came in more than one.
To speed up the processing and delivery time, we ship orders from multiple distribution centers in the US, because of this you may receive more than one package even if you chose the “Please send all items together” option. You will not be charged extra for shipping in this situation.
One of the items I bought was placed on backorder. How will that work?
If your order contains a back ordered item, all available items will be sent first. The backordered item will be sent as soon as it becomes available at no extra shipping cost. If you do not wish to wait for the item to become available, please Contact Us as soon as possible to cancel your order.:
