Which trade-in orders will receive a shipping label?
All orders eligible for the Free EZ Ship Service will receive a shipping label via email within 2 business days of placing your trade-in order. Those orders that are not eligible for the Free EZ Ship Service can still request a shipping label.
How do I know if my Trade-in order is eligible for the Free EZ Ship Service?
The following are the requirements for the EZ Ship Label:
Trade-in orders must have a minimum value of $100 trade-in credit AND one of the following requirements:
Minimum of 10 Games and/or Small accessories
Minimum of 2 Game Systems
Minimum of 1 Game System with 5 Games and/or Small Accessories
eStarland will email you a shipping label within 2 business days of placing your trade-in order. Access to a printer and Adobe Acrobat Reader are required to print out this label.

I’ve received the shipping label, what do I do now?
Once you have received your UPS shipping label via email, package your trade-ins in an appropriate shipping box. Make sure you prepare your package correctly to avoid any damages to your items trade-in. Once you have prepared your trade-in package, print and attach the label to your package and drop off your package at a UPS authorized drop off location or hand them to a UPS Driver.

My trade-in order does not meet the requirements for the Free EZ Ship Service, how can I receive a shipping label from eStarland?
You can receive a shipping label from eStarland by requesting a shipping label in the “My Message to eStarland” section at check out. We will subtract the shipping cost based on the UPS published price from your trade-in total, saving you time and you won’t have to pay out of your pocket!
What if I do not meet the requirements for the Free EZ Ship Service after my trade-ins have been received and processed?
If your trade-in order does not meet the requirements after we have processed your order, we will subtract the shipping cost, based on the UPS published price, from your total trade-in amount. An email will be sent confirming the total amount of credit after the shipping adjustment.
Please note that orders that qualify for the FREE EZ Ship Service cannot be eligible for the Standard Credit shipping reimbursement. Certain restrictions may apply.
