Anime DVD are no longer being accepted for trade-in
The products you trade in at eStarland.com must meet the following standards for proper processing of your order. Any part(s) of the product you trade-in are in questionable condition to you, we probably will not be able to accept the specific part(s) or product in whole. Please inspect your items prior to trade-in. Product sold to eStarland must be in perfect working condition as well as in good shape. eStarland.com reserves the right to determine if condition is acceptable for trade-in.
In order to assure high quality standards on preowned products, products in the following conditions will not be accepted:
- Any visible scratches on CD / DVD
- Labels or stickers on CD / DVD
- Damaged or missing game label
- Dirty, Stained, Scratched, Cracked or Chipped titles
If for any reason your trade-ins are not accepted, they may be returned to you upon request at your expense within 2 weeks of store receiving. Please see our "Help" page for return shipping charges.
